Manufacturing Unit
MN SONS LAB SOLUTIONS have its full in-house manufacturing facility in GIDC Makarpura, Vadodara. Our unit have automatic bending machine to preciously bend components, Spot welder and mig welder, 7 tank pre-treatment processing plant to prep the components for powder coating, Semi-automatic oven to cure the powder coated component and specified area to assemble and store the finished products. We also tweak our furniture specification for HCL, Costic soda, NHO3 and other corrosive manufacturing plants to increase the life of furniture.
Our Manufacturing unit is spread across 10,000sq feet area. With the capability of manufacturing every component in-house to ensure you get the superior quality product.
